2) So... who’s running the place?

Allow me to formally introduce our creative directors: Coqui and Frankie. They're part feline, part goblin, all business. We’re just their over-caffeinated, emotionally supportive assistants. Together, they run a tight ship- equal parts mischief, heart, and hustle.

We’re the ones packing boxes, pouring the wine, and restocking the Churus.

If one of our silly little creations made you laugh, feel seen, or roll your eyes (in a good way), thank them.

They don’t follow trends.
They knock them off the shelf.

3) Where do you ship?

Right now, we’re keeping it mildly feral domestically- all of our products are printed and embroidered in the U.S. and we currently ship within the United States only.

But! If you’re outside the U.S. and craving that FSM chaos, shoot us an email at frankie@frankiesaidmeow.com. We’ll work some magic for you, boo.

4) Do you offer local pickup?

Sometimes, yes! If you're near Ocean City, MD and looking to scoop up something, send us a message. Local pickup just depends on availability! 

5) Can I get a custom order?

You got ideas? We love that for you- and for us. For custom stuff, drop us a line at frankie@frankiesaidmeow.com and let’s talk. We’ll see if we can make it happen without burning the kitchen down.

6) What’s the return policy?

We're a small lil’ operation, and some of our items are made just for you when you order. At this time this means we can’t accept returns unless something shows up funky. If your item is damaged or defective, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we’ll get you sorted.

7) When will my order ship?

Some items ship fast from our studio, others take between 3-5 business days because they're printed just for you. You’ll get tracking info once your order hits the road. If it’s been a while and you’re worried, shoot us an email and we'll get to the bottom of it.
